Rhythm & Praise

Hip hop has become a culture of crime, money, sex, and hate. There are some who bring a radically different message to the inner city. A message of peace, hope, and love. This message comes in a style similar to the Secular Rap that endorses the indulgence of vices. For this reason many reject the effectiveness of Christian Rap. This documentary explores this idea. You will hear from Christian Rap artists, a college music professor, and a psychologist as they discuss the issues of the inner city, secular rap music, the power of music on a persons mind, and the effectiveness of Christian Rap.

Not Esily Broken

After years of disagreeing on what true happiness, success, and love really are, Dave and Clarice Johnson have finally reached a breaking point in their marriage. When Clarice is hurt in a car accident, the obvious truth that more than just her injuries need immediate attention is exposed. Their odds of making it worsen as Clarice begins to see a physical therapist, and Dave develops a friendship with Julie and her teenage son Bryson. The acceptance and comfort he finds in them stirs his longing for a family and a passionate partner. As temptation tugs at Dave and Clarice pulls farther away, they must confront whether their vows are or are NOT EASILY BROKEN.

Drink Up Me Hearties Yo Ho!!!

My oldest son “MAN” loves the Pirates of the Caribbean so I just thought I’d make a quick “I’m Capt Jack Sparrow” post real quick “Savvy?” we have been on this marathon since he got out of school last week. It’s bugged out because each time I watch it I understand something else I didn’t get before. Plus whoever did the screenplay and was responsible for continuity did a great job linking all three movies (Curse of the Black Pearl, Dead Man’s Chest and At World’s end)
